Public Editor
Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Angela Tuck is the public editor of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Her job is to respond to readers who have concerns about accuracy, fairness and other issues related to the newsroom. She writes a weekly column on Saturdays and works with the news staff to make them aware of reader comments and questions. She is responsible for making sure all errors of fact are corrected each day on Page 2 of the newspaper. Prior to becoming public editor in November, Tuck was responsible for recruitment and hiring in the newsroom and ran the newspaper's nationally recognized college internship program. She has worked as a reporter and editor at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Detroit Free Press, the St. Petersburg (Fla.) Times and the Lexington (Ky.) Herald-Leader, her hometown newspaper.
